RETURNS:
As long as the product is undamaged and unopened in the condition they were received, returns are accepted within 30 days of the marked delivery date. Please return your products to our office address listed below. We do not cover return shipping costs. If you are returning more expensive items, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please be advised a refund will be issued after we receive and inspect your return.
*A 20% Restocking Fee is applied to the refund total before shipping costs. Restocking fees apply to all returned items.
EXCHANGES/REPLACEMENTS:
Depending on your order, you may be eligible for an exchange/replacement. Hence, we do not cover the shipping fees for exchanged items. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanging products. Also, we do not cover shipping fees for alternative addresses once the order is shipped. For more information on our return and exchange process, please reach out to our customer service team.
SALE ITEMS AND DISCOUNTS:
All sale items are final sale. Sale items are not eligible for exchange, returns, or refunds. Shall you have a coupon code, it must be used within the the time frame it is active. Please be sure to enter all valid coupon codes before finalizing your order. We do not apply coupon codes after checkout or past the coupon expiration date. All marked prices are non-negotiable as we do not price match other websites or companies.
LEAD TIMES:
Please be advised due to the large size and weight of some of our products, processing, and delivery times can take longer than anticipated. Both processing and delivery times vary based on the location of delivery, the amount of product ordered, and the specific color/size of your order.
